How to Soften the Bristles on the Edge Styler


The natural boar bristles on the Edge Styler come in a medium firmness, but for those of us with edges more delicate than others, we've listed out a simple and easy DIY tutorial on how to soften them at home. Before getting started, make sure your Edge Styler is clean (learn how in this post). Then grab a few necessities for the project and lets get to it.

 

What you'll need:

  1. Baby Tress Edge Styler
  2. Hot Water
  3. Heatproof container
  4. Towel

 

Play-by-Play:

First, pour about 1 cup of freshly heated water into a small mug or heatproof container. Just enough to submerge the bristles:
Next, add your clean Baby Tress Edge Styler to the water: 
Let it sit for 30-45 seconds.
    Tap it to get out any excess water, then place it on a towel to dry
       
      Done! The texture of the natural boar bristles will be immediately softer and your baby hair will be greatful.
