EDGES LAID. PERIODT! Prepare to slick and slay your edges this summer whether you’re spending a day at the park, hitting up a boozy brunch, or just 'cuz. Here’s some of my (@Mimi_Moments aka Co-founder and PR contact for Baby Tress) favorite baby hairs to inspire the looks you’ll serve with your Baby Tress Edge Styler all summer 2019.
Mimi here, and I keep it super simple with my 4B baby hair. If you’re like me and do not have time (and/or the skills), keep it quick and cute this summer with a slick up-do and simple swoops.
Swooperella (Get it?)
Ella Mai’s edges are ALWAYS LAIDT. Can we take a moment to respect the consistency? Celebrity stylist Kahh Spence has been keeping the songstress's baby hair snatched using his Baby Tress Edge Styler in Lilac during her Debut Tour.
Box Braids and Baby Hair
It’s that season for braids and baby hair. Need I say more? YouTuber @nymcflykeeps it gives us Poetic Justice with these small box braids and wavy edges at Baby Tress retailer Reparations Club in Los Angeles. TBH I can’t sit in the chair long enough to get this look on myself but I live for it!
Swoop there it is
Blogger @busybeingsha kicks it up a notch with swoops sweeping her temples. I need her to put together a tutorial on how to swoop edges, just sayin’!
The celebs are swooping up and showing out this year all over the red carpet. I love seeing baby hairs in Hollywood! Ciara’s iconic Met Gala look was done by celeb stylist Cesar Ramirez using his Baby Tress Edge Styler. Talk about leveling up!
The Muva of Baby Hair, @itsmyrayeraye, keeps her edges wavy and in formation. These baby hairs are grown and got it together. I aspire!
Nasty with the Swirls
Rapper Rico Nasty takes baby hair to the next level. I think (read: I know) I need a few lessons before I can rock this look during festival season.
